These Terms of Service govern your use of www.ministudiostore.com and the purchase of products from Mini Studio. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Pricing We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, sizes, availability and prices accurately. Product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and device. Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product information or change prices. Product availability is subject to stock. If an order must be cancelled because of an incorrect price or unavailable stock, we will inform you and arrange a refund if payment has already been received.

3. Orders and Confirmation Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by Mini Studio. A valid phone number is required for every order. Our team or delivery partner may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock shortages, unverified payment or inaccurate order information. We will contact you where reasonably possible if an order needs to be cancelled.

4. Payment Mini Studio accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Deposit. Cash on Delivery: payment is due when your parcel is delivered. Please keep the exact order amount ready when your parcel arrives. Bank Deposit: bank account details are shown at checkout. Transfer the full order amount, then send a screenshot of your successful transfer together with your order number to Mini Studio on WhatsApp at 0339-0344111. Your order will be processed once we have received and verified your payment. Placing an order does not confirm payment until the transfer has been verified. Orders may be cancelled if payment is not received within a reasonable time. For your security, never share your bank PIN, password or OTP with anyone. Mini Studio will never ask for them. Any additional payment methods offered in the future will be displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery Mini Studio delivers across Pakistan. Orders below Rs 4,999: delivery charge of Rs 299. Orders of Rs 4,999 and above: free delivery. Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather and other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Please provide a correct phone number and complete delivery address when placing your order. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Exchanges and Refunds Exchange and refund requests are handled according to our published Refund Policy (Exchange & Refund). Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Innerwear and socks cannot be exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons. If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and a photograph of the item. Where a refund applies to a Cash on Delivery order, the refund will be arranged through bank transfer or mobile wallet. Where a refund applies to a Bank Deposit order, it will be returned to the account the payment came from, or to an account you confirm. Details are confirmed by email or WhatsApp.

7. Intellectual Property The Mini Studio name, logo, website design and original content belong to Mini Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use this content commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law. Other brand names or trademarks that may appear belong to their respective owners.

8. Website Use You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false information or place fraudulent orders. We may restrict access to the website where necessary to protect our business, customers or systems, subject to applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability Mini Studio will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or products, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Privacy We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read that policy.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan, subject to applicable law and consumer rights.

12. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services or legal obligations. The latest version will be published on this website.
