SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Area Mini Studio delivers across Pakistan.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. For Bank Deposit orders, processing starts once your payment has been received and verified. Our team or delivery partner may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch. You will receive an email when your order is placed and another with tracking information when it ships.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Time Delivery within Pakistan costs Rs 299 per order. Orders of Rs 4,999 and above ship free. The estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, courier delays and other circumstances beyond our control may extend delivery times.

Payment We accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Deposit. Cash on Delivery: payment is due when your parcel is delivered. Please keep the exact order amount ready. Bank Deposit: our bank account details are shown at checkout. Transfer the full order amount, then send a screenshot of your successful transfer together with your order number to Mini Studio on WhatsApp at 0339-0344111. Your order will be processed once we have received and verified your payment. Placing an order does not confirm payment until the transfer has been verified.

Tracking A tracking number will be sent by email or WhatsApp once your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active or show updated information.

Lost or Delayed Packages If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, please contact us at ministudiostore@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at 0339-0344111. We will contact the courier to investigate and, once the claim is confirmed, arrange a reshipment or refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please check your phone number and shipping address carefully before placing your order. If an address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order ships. Mini Studio cannot guarantee delivery or accept responsibility for delivery to an incorrectly provided address.
